2) Samsung 2gb 2rx8 pc3 8500s 07-10-f2

with haswell or the newer amd cpu you want 1866 or faster ram. the speed 9x or 10x not going to hurt the ram speed.

Neither those sets are 1333 and 1066 respectfully, 1600 is considered entry level

It will be installed on a toshiba l650d laptop running AMD vision... It's a few years old and so are the rams I'm comparing but I need to install the better one and discard the other so please pick one out of the two

Don't worry too much about the speed though. Nothing will help 2GB much for gaming. >_>
