You should be able to run Crysis 1 and 2 in around 40 FPS on full settings with your 650. I have a 650 myself and it reaches 99% on those framerates. Crysis 3 however is much more demanding. To turn up settings, get a GTX760 card.

Then go with a gtx660. You can find some of them for around INR 13000.
You could also try running it on your current system, the card you have isn't bad by any means. I've seen people use much worse cards.
If you get acceptable framerates then no need for a new card.

It shouldn't but you'll not be able to max it out.
Why do you have 10GB of RAM, then?
You cannot use the combined RAM of your graphics card and your system more than 4 GB if you have 32 bit. 7GB of your RAM is just going to waste.

Your i3 will handle a 64 bit system just fine.
You'll be able to use all your RAM in your new system.

That means your version of windows is 32 bit, not your CPU.

But if you only have 2Gb of Ram installed, then you dont need 64bit version of windows. You only need 64bit windows for 4Gb of Ram or more.
