Hello everyone I first want to say thank you to any one that is willing to help me out with this huge project I have in front of me.

Below are the items that trying to set up as well how much used.

First I have a cable modem. That has 1 Ethernet port. Going tomorrow to exchange for a 4 port cable modem.

I have 2 different routers one is all I am using right now but would like to or feel like I would need to set them both up for what I want to have when set up. One is the Linksys ac1200, the other Belkin n600db. Right now only using the Linksys.

I also have to have a sprint airave 2.5, a device that connects my cell phone calls. I do not get range in my house w my cell so we had to get this. They said its a device that is like having a cell tower in my home, and connects it like a VoIP.

I have a my wd my cloud drive 2tb that is connected by Ethernet.

I have 2 different laptops that are used alot and connected wirelessly. I want to say both are g band wireless.

I have a wd live TV, connects wirelessly, this is used right now in the bedroom from time to time to stream from the cloud.

I have an Xbox 360 that is connected wirelessly its a n wireless band. In the living room used to game and also stream from the cloud and other streaming programs.

I have a desktop that is not used that often. But has a Belkin wireless n USB

I have 3 cell phones in the house that connect to the sprint airave for phone calls. 2 of the cell phones connect wireless when surfing or non calls. I want to say that they connect to a n wireless band. Samsung s3

I have a surface rt. That's used a lot. Also have another tablet that the kids use not sure what kind but is an android device.

I have 2 of the Belkin hd netcams and one sd net cam. They are on all the time but able to load up and check cams anytime anywhere but does not back up the feed unless I tell it to but will and it will be to sd card or if I can get them to back up to the cloud that would be great. also might be ge

I have a wireless printer but its on for enough time to print then off

First of all, you don't need to get a new modem, a single port is just fine, there is no point in having a 4 port modem if you already have a router.
Secondly, I don't see what the issue is since most of your stuff is wireless, it seems like you can do this with your existing modem and one 4-port wireless router.
If your current issue is a range issue, you can use your second router to extend the ranged in 2 seperate ways. You can connect it with an Ethernet cord, basically from 1 LAN port on your primary router to 1 LAN port (do not use the WAN port) on the secondary router. Before actually wiring the routers together, you will have to use a computer to change the settings on the second router. You'll have to disable the DHCP and set any appropriate wireless settings like the password, then connect the routers together. You could also do this entirely wireless by putting the second router into bridged mode and then the second router will become like a range extender
