good gaming wireless network card?

with this set up what is a good wireless network card?

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory g)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

That's probably what you are looking for unless you have a new router that supports AC. Even then the "AC" routers are backwards compatible and I'm not sure a good "AC" adapter would be noticeably better.

Things to look for:
a) good customer reviews
b) dual-band (if you support 5GHz setup your router to use that)
c) the Mbps (cheaper ones might be 150bps)

FYI, in the real world you'll never see the listed Mbps bandwidth, but I have a $30 USB wi-fi adapter, Netgear WNDR3200 (or similar router) and can almost broadcast full BluRay quality from my wi-fi PC down to the basement wi-fi media device (works but stutters occasionally).

thanks for all your help, i do not have the router infront of me but it is the standard one given by Verizon Fios, does that help at all?, I'll post a picture from online
