CM Storm Trooper and Jetflo 120 Connectors Not Matching

I bought a CM Storm Trooper and am replacing the case fans with Cooler Master Jetflo 120's, but the connectors from the fan don't seem to match the fan power cables for the top buttons of the case.. Is there something I may be doing wrong or do these fans not work with the case? Even though they are both Cooler Master products.

The jetflo's just have a standard 3pin fan cable on them ?, you could power them from 4pin molex to 3pin fan cables ,
can you tell me what the cables that come from the case are ? are they for fan speed reducers and or led on/off buttons
