people get the password from my laptop some or the other way. so if there is was i can restrict the access to them even after they have the password tell me..
It is likely you can't. This is why no company uses just a password it is assume in a home environment you can keep the password secure. As stated above use 802.1x with certificates to really ensure the safety. It will be up to you to go learn what 802.1x is and how you set it up it is not a trivial thing to do.
I'm planning to have a play with it at some point. Only issue is that, for some absolutely stupid reason, my main router doesn't support it. It's not like it's a cheap PoS (AVM Fritz!Box 7390). Has simultaneous dual-band and all that.

My previous comments were not meant to be directed at you...from your previous post I suspect YOU do know to set this up.
Basic 802.1x itself is not to hard. Pretty much a radius server and you set your router to enterprise mode and put in the ip of the server. It does not though solve the problem of stolen userid and passwords but at least you have more than 1 password. The next level up is certificates, this tends to be quite a challenge since a certificate server is not the most straight forward thing. So far I have not found a way to steal a certificate but it is said to be possible to do if you have access to the machine.

It sounds like better security practices on your laptop are what is required. Only allow others with access to your laptop to have user account passwords.
Beside improving the WiFi password and assuring you are using WPA encryption, I would try MAC filtering on the router. It may not be all that difficult to break, but it may be outside the illicit users skill set, so it is worth a try. You also might say why you think others are using your internet.
