I got a 7750 a few weeks ago and I haven't used it because I've been waiting to buy a new motherboard. I have an acer computer. Doesnt have a graphics card and uses Windows 7 32-bit. I have Windows 7 64-bit but its OEM so I'm waiting until I get the new motherboard(which might take months).

Right now, I usually get between 20-30fps when playing Counter-Strike Global Offensive. Thats too much lag for me. I can barely play Saints Row 2 and I can't run TF2 on high resolutions(it looks blurry with resolution lowered.)

Intel Core i3 3220
I recently installed 4GB RAM on this PC.
The motherboard has a slot for th egraphics card
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 7750 2GB DDR3

You will be on the edge or might not work at all. Your system does not consume much power but still a 250W PSU is not what you want. At the moment, you can get Corsair CX 500 for $29, which will be much better for your system.
