I bought a 2tb black edition WD drive for my steam lib so I can have all my games installed (I know, I know) but I got enthusiastic with my new comp.
I didn't realize till after purchase that it was the older FAEX version not the FZEX one....
Does anyone know what the 'real world' difference is in terms of load times for games, its it worth my selling this one (FAEX) and buying the FZEX version?

In the paper, the new one ( fzex ) will be better, it is the one platter drive, faex is the two platters. But in real world I will say they should be same because we know that even the SSD has the similar performances in SATAII or SATAIII port.
So if you don't mind the $$ lost I mean when you sell the faex, also want the new tech. HDD, that go ahead sell the old one and buy the new one. Otherwise it is not worth it, just keep the faex.
