Data recovery problem from formatted drive

Hello...!
Guys, I accidentally formatted my drive. I used software "Recover My files" to recover my files. Software has scanned my all files but when I tried to store(save) them, a error occurred "List out of bounds (0). Please help me to figure out this problem.

There is a program called Test Disk that I would highly recommend for recovering data from a formatted drive. I've used it dozens of times without failure. I have a few clients who bring things like this in to me regularly.

Test Disk

Read the instructions, and it's pretty simple from there. Hopefully your some-what savvy with cmd!
