Hi everyone, new to this forum. I need to ask for some help! I built a new gaming pc with a SSD for the OS and a new, blank 1Tb for storage. I have put in my old 2.5 sata drive from my old pc to reuse this also. But as this has windows 7 installed too, my computer wont boot anything when this and the SSD are both plugged in. I have changed the boot order in the bios to boot from SSD but it doesnt do anything. can anyone help me as to how i can format the old sata drive? any help is greatly appreciated.
thanks!

Download hirenes boot, burn it on cd or create bootable usb with yumi. Unplug your ssd, boot from cd or flash, choose mini xp. Go to My computer -> manage -> disk management -> delete/format partitions on old hdd. Connect now ssd and try to boot from ssd.
Hope this helps.
