Can you rate my system i'm about to buy

I have:

Asrock h87m

Intel Core i3-4130

Corsair AX650 650w

Geforce GTX 650

This is for Gaming but not on max settings i only need performance and it to be smooth

Agreed - get a full i5 quad instead of a dual core with hyperthreading. Also, step up to at least a 660ti if you're wanting to get to medium with decent FPS at 720p or above.

If you want performance i3 is a bad idea. They are only dual core and only better with Core 2 Duo because they have hyperthreading technology which is of no use in the games. At least buy an i5 4670K or see the compatibility list for the supported i5 they are true quad core and will perform swell with the gtx 650 giving maximum on games.
