Window 7 64 bit Laptop.
This is Samsung's application. I use this software to install the drivers. It runs for the first time only.
I installed OS. Installed this samsung's application then i installed all the drivers. After system restart, this app is giving this error.

This is not first time i am facing this problem. It always happens.

Kernel Processor Power

The speed of processor 0 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report.

Because of this warning, Laptop takes longer time to load the desktop. The Welcome screen is displayed for long time.

The firmware issue may be caused by a setting in bios - a updated bios may fix this. This issue could also be causing the other problem because the drivers are also interfacing with the hardware and bios.

I'm not 100% sure it's a bios issue - but the firmware error seems to point to it. Also I would at least backup any data(there may be none if you just re-installed the OS) before doing a bois upgrade.

Also you could restore bios settings back to defaults just to clear out anything that may be set wrong.
