Only getting 3.8mhz on overclocking

Can't get any higher than 3.8mhz oc any ideas on getting higher? added voltage blues out not sure what else to do any body have ideas or good step by step guide to start over and make sure I have everything turned off or on to get most out of ocing

I have a swiftech h220 liquid with push/pull through cpu and mobo. Very low temps so far. Azza9000 case with 7 case fans varying from 230s to 120s.

Excellent cooler. Mounted properly you should hit voltage and stability caps well before thermal caps.

I'd say the OC guides mentioned above are definitely what you want to look at.
