I suggest you to go for i5 4670K and 8 GB RAM and invest that extra money and get a GTX 780 or better gpu for more solid performance. I assume you want to use it for gaming and for most tasks i5 and 780 or better will outperform i7 and 770. And also as what the other guy suggested you don't need so much power unless to sli in future.
