game was produced for win 95/98/me. lap top runs on win 7. ps3 machine is cechlo1 manufacture date 08 can the game be played in ps3 and controled using laptop

No, a PC game cannot be played on a console. You also would not be able to use a controller for it even if you installed it on the laptop, simply for the fact that the game will not have controller support unless you use a third party program like XPADDER. Even then will it be a complicated mess.
