R9 280x shaking screen problem???

ok so my recently bought r9 shakes my screen
my psu should be enough to handle it:sirtech power element 2 bronze which is certified 80 bronze.

also the desktop does this

Use driver sweeper to remove all of your video card drivers, then reboot and install the latest drivers again. If it's still happening you might have to RMA.

you plugged in your monitor using the HDMI connector?
i would suggest trying to connect the monitor to the display via a different port on the card if possible to see what happens...

i tested the video card in battlefield 4 and it doesnt shake thats weird

so you suggest it's only happening in windows? won't happen in 3d rendering applications?

i dont really know it happened in cs:global offensive but in bf4 it didnt....but at the desktop it does...like in the video but less often
