does intel corporation dh61ww motherboard and Core i5-3470 Quad 3.2GHz processor support geforce gtx 660?
i want to buy geforce GTX660 card but i don't know does it support my pc or not it has intel corporation dh61ww motherboard and Core i5-3470 Quad 3.2GHz processor
No - The motherboard has "One PCI Express* 2.0 x 16 bus add-in card connector" and the GTX 660 requires "PCI 3.0"
Tiaon said:I would say if the card fits in your computer case it will work.
Nearly every PCIe 3.0 Card is compatible with PCIe 2.0 without any performance issues.
If I'm wrong please correct me.
You are right about "if it fits, it will work" generally.
The performance will be reduced and from that aspect it is not advisable.

In the meantime, try running the games at medium settings (or low settings if necessary) and the graphics card may work well.
