Which brand should i get for r9 280x if not overclocking

Hi guys. I need suggestions in choosing the most suitable brand for r9 280x.
Here are the brands available in my country:

Sapphire vapor-x r9 280x
Msi gaming r9 280x
Gigabyte windforce r9 280x
Sapphire dual-x r9 280x

Asus and xfx are not available here.

So which brand has better cooling system and runs quieter.
I won't overclock any. So which has the highest speed from the stock.
Help would be appreciated.

I would go with the Vapor-X. Sapphire makes solid cards in general, and the Vapor-X is an excellent stock cooler.

Any of them will do and really between those I would select on price being all from respectable manufacturers.

I had to make the same decisions and I narrowed it down to the Gigabyte Windforce or Sapphire Dual-X. I went Dual- X. The Dual-X is the quietest of Sapphire models and still gives good overclock. (not like it is needed) Also, runs very quiet at stock. Do not get the Vapor-X as it is loud. Also, based on reviews, MSI messed up this GPU and that saddened me. I have only owned MSI gpus (until now) but reviews showed really bad temps and noise levels with MSI's 280x.

Go Dual-X.

Choose which one is cheaper. In terms of performance they are all the same, maybe with the difference of 1-2fps at most.

Vapor-X is probably the class of the group. I have a Windforce and it's pretty good, but the voltage is locked. Sapphire isn't.

Most of what I do these days is alt-coin mining and the Sapphire Vapor-X is the winner hands down in that service . . . they beat my Windforces by about 5%.

Any of them will play the games pretty much maxed out.

Yea i was going for sapphire vapor-x brand but i heard that it is noisy and loud. But gives the better performance than gigabyte windforce,msi gaming . Is it so???

Honestly how much of a difference is there between them? Not much and not noticeable. That's why quiet and cool is best. Go Dual-X.

Anands is the Toxic not Vapor X
Eteknix is 3" away from the card so basically inside the case after Furmark run, so hardly represents what a user will hear!

So i get gigabyte windforce r9 280x ?is it noisy?is it better than sapphire vapor-x r9 280x in performance?or sapphire vapor-x is better in performance? If it is then how much more fps would sapphire vapor-x r9 280x gives than gigabyte windforce one?does gigabyte windforce r9 280x has better built in quality? And last question does gigabyte windforce r9 280x outperform sapphire vapor-x out of the box or sapphire vapor-X is better out of the box because i dont really planned to overclock . evga for nvidia, sapphire for amd. after that it would be msi and then gigabyte. i wouldn't personally buy from any other brand.
