I have a single PNY XLR8 GeForce GTX 770 OC2 graphics card. I do some video rendering, 3D animation (Blender), and gaming (Borderlands, Far cry, Crysis, and Assassin's Creed). For GAMING, would adding a PNY XLR8 GeForce GTX 770 OC (NOT OC2) in SLI or adding a single GTX 750Ti as a dedicated PhysX card offer more benefits with less hassle?

Well a 770 is more powerful than a 750ti so no matter what configuration they're in the two 770s will be more powerful.

Before you go with 2 770's look at a 780 Ti.

Two 770s will outperform a 780 Ti.
