hello
i have a sapphire DUAL-X R9 270X 2GB OC WITH BOOST and i'm kind of planning to buy another 270X......but this time i'm thinking of buying sapphire TOXIC R9 270X 2GB WITH BOOST or VAPOR R9 270X OC WITH BOOST..

can i crossfire my SAPPHIRE DUAL -X R9 270X 2GB OC WITH BOOST with any of these two card??

More about : 270x crossfire

Yes you can, but they automatically underclock to the speed of the slowest card in the SLI configuration so getting a faster/more expensive card than the original one is a complete waste of money.

Medium? Maybe. The real problem is that your card only has 2GB of memory which is not enough for 3 screens (crossfire doesn't double memory)

Well generally it goes 780Ti>R9 290X>780, but since three screens need a lot of memory, the 290X would probably be the best and most "future proof." For croosfire/SLI, I'd say also the R9 290X because at that point you'll have so much processing power that you're more likely to run out of memory than anything else. A nice aesthetic bonus is also the fact that the R9 290X doesn't need a crossfire bridge for crossfire, so it'll look cleaner.

So a single R9 290x can handle 3 monitors :)  :)

Thank You very much Sir (y) (y)

That's technically two 7970s crossfired, but it costs more than two of them and gets a lot hotter under load. I recommend you to stay away from dual GPU cards and get a R9 290X. If you still feel like you need more performance, get another one.
