So I'm a "noob" when it comes to power supplies and all of that stuff. I want a Sapphire Radeon R9 270 and I see that it requires 500 watts here's the link to the website I'm looking at the specs from http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/product_index.aspx?pid=2089&lid=1#
Would it work with a 350 watt power supply and Windows 8? I don't know that much so if you just give a simple yes or no that would be helpful. If happens that it won't work than if you could give me a recommendation of a good graphics card that I could run and it could run like BF4 on medium settings at like 50-60 fps or higher that would be great and I would be very great full. Thank you!

no. that would really cut it close. you need around 450-500watt the other components takes wattage too. the r9 270 is a perfect card for those settings should play as you mentioned at ultra possibly.
