Trying to decide between these...

I'm (still) in the planning stages of what will be my first build (gamin only) and I'm trying to decide between the following 2:

I don't know what basic info is needed but I plan to water cool the system and run 2 rads. At the moment the chosen GPU is an Nvidia 780ti but it's also the one thing that's holding me back from starting this as I'm waiting for their new cards to be released. Intel i5 3570K, 2 SSDs, 16GB ram and 850 watt PS.
If anything, I'm leaning towards the Sniper only for the reason that I'm planning a black/green theme but I'd prefer a solid, well built and reliable board that won't need to be changed for a long time to come.
