i really want to get into pc gaming and want a decent starter pc. The graphics card that inside this PC looks decent but would it be a decent starter gaming pc?

not really. What is your budget. If you are willing to learn to build a pc, it will be cheaper in most cases

You can do much better by building yourself with £460 budget.
The PC you have picked has: No name PSU, No name RAM, No name HDD, only thing worth it is the R9 270, plus not to mention the horrible CPU that the firm has selected for this build

There should be no problems as long you use the motherboard cd drivers to install the ethernet drivers first after installing windows. It is best to download these drivers onto a USB so if you don't need a CD/DVD drive. You can also install window 7 on a USB too.

Yes, as long as you install the Lan drivers. There is CD that comes with the motherboard with all the drivers included.
