Between those I would choose on price, the one that is cheaper is better bang for the buck.

Regardless of make or model Nvidia and AMD cards are compatible with AMD systems, the XFX is an AMD GPU.

Compatible as in everything. AMD CPUs or Intel CPUs or motherboards for either do not discriminate against which video cards it is. I have never heard of a gfx card not working because a motherboard or CPU being a hater.
