Until about a week ago I could plug in any screen via HDMI and they would all work.
HDMI is the only display port I have on my laptop.
Basically what happens is when I plug in a screen my computer acts as if the screen is plugged in and working and I can drag windows over to the extended area but the external screen is totally black.
I've tried changing the settings around but nothing helps.
