Hello people of Tomshardware.
I'm new to this forum and I must say that my english isn't really good so forgive me for my grammar/spelling.

Anyway, I am looking for a PC build with an GTX 760 and an i5 4430, because I guess it's a pretty decent CPU. But I just don't know what other parts I need.
I want 8 GB of ram, I don't need an monitor nor OS.
And my budget including gtx 760 and i5 4430 is 600 euro.
I will use it mainly for gaming, but not heavy games like COD or BF, just games like minecraft and TF2.

Could you guys help me out?

Thanks a bunch for your answer, it looks pretty good imo but then, I'm a noob.
I hope some other people could check your build and maybe change something or confirm it.
in case you didnt notice, I said €600 instead of 600 dollar, otherwise great :)

€600 is way more than $600 but the prices are a bit lower in the US, so the suggested system will cost about €600
and by the way it will be able to run Battlefield 4 and COD, and other heavy games at 1080p

Check prices around there. 8 gigs of ram, a 1 terabyte hdd, 550w or less 80+ bronze psu, and any case are fine. The cpu is fine with any cheaper board with a good reputation since overclocking isn't a factor. Find some pieces and we can help you out from there.

I do also live in The Netherlands ;). Here is a build that will suit your budget : http://azerty.nl/winkelmandje/winkelmandje/?legen=1&product%5B552887%5D=1&product%5B528532%5D=1&product%5B478347%5D=1&product%5B498015%5D=1&product%5B631079%5D=1&product%5B398419%5D=1

It leaves a couple Euro's for a case when buying all the components from Azerty. I'd search online for cheaper sites selling the same product (Alternate/AFuture/MyCom etc). You will probably get another 15€ off when buying it from the cheapest sites.

I did not go for a Modular PSU as your budget doesn't really allow a quality modular PSU. I went for a 550w PSU as the minimum requirements for the 760 = 500w PSU and 500w will give you some OC room for the 760 =). The Gigabyte Windforce edition is the best one for OC / has the best cooler for lowest temperature = higher OC.

The 3350p is a better bang for your buck looking at your budget. I'd forget about the 4430 unless you really want to spend another 40€ on the 4430/MB (isn't worth it in my opinion).

I know but I'll play some other games too like TF2, perhaps Warframe and sometims Planetside 2.
No I don't need to ultra them but if I CAN it'd be great.

and would there be a big difference between the i5 4430 and i5 3570k in these games? Since i won't overclock

the i5 3570k will not have a great impact on performance, an i3-4130 3.4GHz is more than enough, and it's $100 cheaper, you can add those saved dollars to a Gpu, and you'll have a gaming beast, the build that has been suggested earlier has a gtx750 ti, not a gtx 760
remember, the most important thing in gaming is the GPU not the CPU

The "K" adds 0 performance, it only lables it as "good for OC". The 4430 will be fine but a bit over budget.

Also, I didn't add a case as I thought you might wanted to pick one for yourself ;).

not really, processors are getting better that means they devalue quickly as well, only one year between Ivy Bridge and Haswell processors, so Ivy Bridge processeors are getting outdated only after less than 2 years since release
and about the GPU, i don't think the GTX 760 will be outdated soon, that beast can run the most recent and the most demanding games at 60+ FPS, and its way more powerful than current gen consoles GPUs, so it will be a very good deal
