Well I'm planning to build a PC and I'm going to include the SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 TRI-X along with an i7 4770k. What PSU would you recommend? I'd rather prefer a modular one under the 100 euros price tag.. (I'm from Spain) Furthermore, it may be out of context here, but any value for the money cooler recommendation? Thanks.

http://www.pccomponentes.com/cooler_master_v650s_650w_80_plus_gold_modular.html or http://www.pccomponentes.com/corsair_cs650m_650w_80_plus_gold.html both more than enough for 280x even if both cpu/gpu will be overclocked! for cpu cooler try cooler master 212 evo if you can find it. it has offers great performance and should be about 30-40E.

Most any good 550 Watt PSU w/ 30 AMPs or better on the 12 volt rail will do, I lean towards Seasonic, XFX, Silverstone, Corsair (like the TX models)...I'd also vote for the Hyper 212 EVO
