BSOD On Network Connect

So after working fine last night, my computer starting throwing a IRQL_Not_Less_Than_Or_Equal BSOD when it connects to my university's network. I've called them and confirmed that nothing changed about the network and that no one else has reported issues, so the problem is on my end. I've also found out that I can connect to my own ad-hoc network without issue, although no one was on that and it doesn't show up as a network on the Windows 8 laptop I'm using to post this. I have not been able to try any other networks with internet access.

Specs:
Windows 7 SP1, 6.1, build: 7601
Motherboard: FOXCONN 2A92
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965
RAM: 6 GB

I've tested the memory, run startup repair, restored to a point from a month ago, scanned for malware, updated the driver of my wireless card, and done a startup diagnostic of my CPU, RAM, and HDD. All the tests found no issues and none of the fixes had any effect.

I've tried downloading WhoCrashed and BlueScreenViewer to identify what's causing the crash, but no minidumps are being created despite WIndows being configured to dump them and the BSOD saying it wrote to disk. The only possible cause for this I've seen is that my paging file is full, but it's nearly empty and far larger than the 256kb needed for a minidump.

Are there any options left short of reformatting?

EDIT: Also, the wireless card is a Ralink. The most recent drivers I found were from April of last year.

If it helps at all, I've confirmed the BSOD happens when connecting to any network except the ad hocs created on that desktop - which don't show up as a network on any other device.

I've also looked at setupact.txt and found thousands of this:
AudMig: No audio endpoint migration settings found 0x2

ntbtlog.txt shows a similarly massive number of "did not load driver" lines, most of which are for various network devices. Some are also for AMD Processor and a decent number are for various .sys files.

I'm still not getting any minidumps from the bsods. Is reformatting windows very likely to fix the problem? At this point I'm totally okay with having to reinstall everything if it means being done with this.

EDIT: Also, in case it wasn't clear, despite the audio and .sys failures, I'm able to boot in normal mode and even play audio files without issue as long as I don't try to connect to a network.

EDIT2: Disabling my 802.11n Wireless Lan Card just makes it crash faster, and obviously without connecting to the network. I've also gone through Device Manager and found that none of my drivers updated yesterday, or even recently enough to be affected by the restore point I tried from early March.

EDIT3: After digging through Event Viewer, I've found a bunch of events this morning about various network devices failing to initialize because a connected device isn't working properly. Sounds like a possible source, although I don't know *what* isn't working properly. There was also a recurring event from DCHP Host saying that my network card didn't get an address from the server.

EDIT4: Hadn't thought it would be worth checking before, but I am able to connect to the internet without BSOD in Safe Mode with Networking. Guess it wasn't a hardware failure.

Did you ever find a solution? I am having the exact same problem: (1) As soon as I connect to network, I get BSOD with IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL. (2) Computer is fine as long as I don't connect to my network. (3) No BSOD when in Safe Mode with Networking.

Don't want to have to reformat, if there's another option.

I actually did!

First, the failure to create dumps was solved by disabling IPV6 on my wireless card and disabling the Microsoft Virtual Wifi Miniport completely. I have no idea why this worked.

Once it started giving me error dumps, the problem ended up being some combination of out of date Realtek audio and wifi controller drivers and some possible conflicts with other software. My guess would be it was the drivers more than the conflicts, but if that doesn't work for you, you should be able to find the thread someone helped me in by searching the title I used here. Not sure about this forum's policy on linking elsewhere.
