how to wipe hp mini 1000 with ssd

I have an hp mini 1000 model 1030NR and need to wipe the sad. I have tried Active Kill and many others but nothing lets me do it. any suggestions?

You could make an install USB for windows 7/8 and format the SSD from there. That's what I would do. I assume the mini doesn't have a disc drive, so if you have a USB and a copy of a windows ISO on hand that's probably your easiest bet. You could also format it via a variety of other OS liveboots, like ubuntu.
