I got my 4670k with my gigabyte z87 hd3 first of all what is your opinion about this motherboard or what your experience with it if you have/had one secondly how much can i push my cpu with this board?

Depends more on your individual chip, with that mobo, I'd say 4.5-4.6 is possible if the chip can OC that high, also depends on your OC abilities (and maybe more, your patience

What matters more is your cooling. All haswell chips will each a thermal limit before they will reach a motherboard limit.
Since the voltage controllers are on the chip for haswell the motherboard matters very little after you find one that supports all the features.
That motherboard should be fine, but what cooling do you plan on using?
