Don't think that's a good idea considering the OP either has a 7850 or 7870. The 7870 is a GTX760 level card. The performance will be WORSE on a 750 Ti.
Would suggest a GTX770 or 780 for an upgrade. You need 600W PSU.

Good eye. I guess I assumed the HD 7800 was an AMD integrated solution. But now that I check a little deeper, I see the board's 760G north bridge has the Radeon HD 3000 for an integrated chip.
Don't know why AMD do this but they never really specify the exact model directly. You have to dig for that.
"AMD Radeon HD7900 Series" "7900 what? *asks* oh, so that's a 7950." Same thing for any other AMD cards.
