Title

So I'm deciding between those two cpus for my PC build. I will be playing and recording games like Rust and TF2. Occasionally I'll be doing some multitasking, such as being in a Skype call while recording the game, but that's it. I will be doing some video editing with Adobe Premiere Elements, and possibly After Effects as well. Other specs I'm getting are the GTX 660 2GB SC, and 8GBs of RAM. Which cpu would work better? I don't really plan on overclocking, but do you think I need to?

Thanks

If you are not overclocking, save yourself some money and get a 1230 v3 and a B85 pro4. Use money saved for a better gpu. :) A properly equipped 4770k setup would be almost $190 more than a 1230v3 and B85 pro4. With those kind of savings, you could get a GTX 770 instead, and still have money left over.
