How to control all of my fans?

Hello guys!

I have 8 fans on a radiator and a pump. All which have PWM control. However my motherboard only has a single PWM controlled header. This is the CPU FAN. All the System fans and CPU Opt headers are voltage controlled.

Fan controllers are generally cheap. They mount into the 5 1/2 drives in the case and use usually a molex to power them. Then you just plug all your fans into that instead of the board.

That's actually a really cool one I've been looking at. Since you want to control 8 fans, that might be harder. The biggest one I've seen still only has 6 connectors.

You can join fans together with Y pieces. That should allow you to control 8 fans with a 5 fan controller.
