i am trying to decide whether i should buy the 8320 or the 8350 where the 8320 has lower standard clock rates but is about 50$ cheaper but does it have the same potential on max oc as the 8350 or will the 8350 have higher max clock speeds i will be running a GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard and a Cooler Master Glacer 240L – Expandable CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 240mm Copper Radiator and 2 Fans the only suggestions is for the cpu's unless the board is not compatible with oc'ing wich i think it is so if you nottice any incompatibilities both with overclocking or just plain incompatabilities please post

Solution
The 8350 is a better binned chip than the 8320.
Basically they all come off the same assembly line and they are tested. One that perform above a certain standard are 8350s, and those that preform worse, but still at a suitable level are 8320s

RAIDMAX Cobra RX-600AF-B 600W < Don't overclock with that PSU , they have been known to explode and destroy other components.

Raidmax makes very very poor power supplies.
