Once I upgrade my PC, here is what it will be. Should I change anything else?

I plan on adding a GPU to my build and using Crossfire, as well as change some parts out to make it possible. I am already set on going dual GPU, and I am ready to face whatever issues come with it. Other than Crossfire problems, what about this part list do you think I should change? This will be the specs of the computer after the upgrade, so I just want to know if it looks like I should add or subtract anything. I think it looks decent, but I don't want to be bottlenecking anything or getting a power supply that isn't sufficient

As you guessed, I'd stay away from the XFire, and instead go a single 770 or even 280(X), then add a second card in the future if needed, with a pair of 270s, there's no place upward to go with them, and resale will prob stink

With a cooler budget thats almost as high as the processor I think you are doing this wrong

An entry level i5 + Z87 motherboard + stock cooler will perform better in a crossfire set up

Size your psu using

I wasn't too clear about this, my bad. I have no set budget, and all of these parts are not new. This is what the computer would look like with both old AND new parts. I already have the case, disc drive, RAM, and Processor, as well as one of the GPU's. everything else is what I added.

I am not the kind of person who cares about always having Ultra settings in games, so if the 270's would not benefit over time then I wouldn't care that much, medium settings is good enough for me at 1080p. I only wish to Crossfire because I already have a 270 in my build, the second 270 would be an addition so that I wouldn't just be left with a graphics card I wouldn't use. It's my first GPU, the 270, I don't want to just stop using it. I'll consider a single GPU, though.

Then good to go, didn't know for sure what you had and what you were getting, my bad ;)  already having 1 270X then adding a second is a step up yes...

Given the other information I'd still make a few changes

The power supply to a cheaper lower wattage model .
The source 210 is nice enough but you are going to need better cooling with those two graphics cards . Add some extra fans where you can

And I would use win 8 64 bit

Its easy to customize to look exactly like 7 . Right click and uninstall the stoooopid full screen metro apps . Then install a start button program . Classic Shell is free .
You get a faster OS , a longer support life , and unlike 7 the license lets you move it to two other motherboards [ one at a time ]

I'll consider Windows 8 maybe, I've used it and absolutely hate the look of it. Tiles aren't my thing, but faster usually is better. Regarding the case, the 210 is my current one but I'm open to something different. I kinda would like USB 3 front ports. How's the NZXT Phantom? Like any of the cases in the Phantom lineup, are they any good? I like the look of them but I don't know if they're worth it. Oh and the 860 watt power supply was because I saw a benchmark where at max load to 270X's used over 800 watts of power, so I didn't want to limit gaming performance. Something lower I'd consider though. Thanks for the suggestions btw

A pair of 270Xs over 800, maybe with one of the AMD power hog 9xxx CPUs and extreme OCs, but for any regular OCed system, No, unless something strange

Alright, but I assume the Platinum certification is a good idea? Honestly, I'm fine with Gold since it's almost the same as Platinum but I don't really know. Just something that works, and works well is what I want

Gold's fine, and may have a longer life expectancy ;)

Alrighty, Gold it is :) . Last question regarding power. I have an FX-6300 as previously shown, and I do eventually plan on OC'ing that little guy at least up to 4.5GHz. Would I want to consider more power like I originally did or no?
