Does sapphire vapor-x r9 280x become noisy?

I am soon going to buy a gpu which is r9 280 of sapphire vapor-X and i am worried about its loud , i heard many people saying that it is noisy under load. But i am not going to overclock it. Does it still run noisy either i'm overclocking it or no?????
I would appreciate if you guys help

It all depends on who is listening and what case it is installed in.

it reaches about 65-70 dBA which is loud which is about as loud as this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8vfG3cku6c that is insanely loud. even at around 60% on the fan it would probably be louder than most of of the other cards at 80% to 100% fan speed

So i get gigabyte windforce r9 280x? Is it noisy?is it better than sapphire vapor-x r9 280x in performance? Or sapphire vapor-x is better in performance? If it is then how much more fps would sapphire vapor-x gives than gigabyte one.?does gigabyte windforce r9 280x has better built in quality and last question does gigabyte windforce r9 280x outperform sapphire vapor-x out of the box or sapphire is better than gigabyte out of the box because i dont really planned to overclock.. reply must please.

My personal experience is that you will not be able to tell the difference in performance.

Gigabyte having 30MHz higher system clock should give you between 0.1 and 1FPS better performance out of the box than the vaporX depending on game and resolution!

Gigabyte or sapphire which one would last me longer ,is more reliable and gives better performance . Sapphire is higher in memory and gigabyte is higher in base clock.

P.s:i dont care about noise.

They both are nice cards I would just go with what ever one is the cheapest. You can always overclock it on your own later. I had a sapphire amd card once in my htpc and I let my friends play games on it sometimes and the card never went over 63c with a decent overclock.
