Hello, I have an AMD sempron 145 processor and a Gigabyte AMD 760G motherboard. I was wondering how I could unlock the second core? and is there any danger in doing it?

The danger is minimal but be warned that it might not work. The core is locked for a reason and some people get lucky with the unlock, others have to re-lock it after trying.
