can I use 2 ati fire pro v4900?

I never have seen a machine use two fire pro video cards at the same time. What some people have managed to do though is use an actual gaming AMD graphics card, with the fire pro. You do need two monitors for this and I really wouldn't recommend it because 95% of the time the drivers will not work properly. What I would do is just buy a radeon 7870 since currently they have a really good price to performance ratio even for a workstation. Some of the tests that I have seen are that fire pros really are not as strong for work tasks as some of the gaming video cards. The only side that I have seen work better than the gaming cards is from nvidia
