So I am running Windows 7 64bit Ultimate with Compatibility mode installed with Windows XP . I have MusicMatch JukeBox installed. My little problem that I have and a few other members have (we all have the same exact problem). We need to have a "Plug-in" downloaded and installed in order for the device to be recognized and to transfer music to and from the JukeBox. Now since Dell sold the "MusicMatch" over to Yahoo some many years ago. Yahoo has decided Not to keep their plug-in page up dated so I can not transfer any New music over to the JukeBox using the program MusicMatch. I had borrowed the original set-up disc for this but the plug-in is not on the cd. I can delete music from it however no one can transfer new music to it. Mine is the original "Dell DIGITAL JUKEBOX 20GB". I have been to at least a few dozen sites all claiming to have the plug-in but after all the BS and getting down to it you are re-directed to yahoo only the page that comes up says it is no longer available. I am asking if anyone has any new ideas on how to achieve the plug-in. Lucky me I happened to have installed a whole lot of music on mine years ago However I would like to install more. My baby Rocks !

When Windows 7 was released, users had come to find that the newer versions of MusicMatch were no longer compatible with this OS release because of an error recognizing one of the critical DLL files. The simplest workaround is to load MusicMatch 7.5[4] as the DLL files in the older version are compatible with all versions of Windows 7. Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) does support version 9 of Musicmatch.
Hope that helps.
