The build is fairly good but I think the case needs to be upgraded, and the ram speed needs to be downgraded. Ram speed won't really affect gaming performance. I have a 1333 kit that runs games just as strong as my 2400 kit. You should downgrade maybe to like 1866 unless you really just like the way the ram looks. I think the case you should put some more time and effort into. A case is something that normally can last someone like 5 years, So buying one of the cheapest cases out there even though some are quite good isn't to good of an idea unless your budget is super tight. heck you probably could get a liquid cooler with the case while still being under $1200

In order to fit, the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card may require removing drive bays from the NZXT Source 220 ATX Mid Tower Case. The case only supports video cards up to 230mm in length without removing drive bays, while the video card is 292mm long.

if you dont want sli cx500 or 600 enough for your build. bad mobo choice you can buy msi z87 g45 or asrock extreme 4 for good performance. gigabyte gtx770- are you gigabyte fan? asus gtx770 or evga gtx 770.

This is a lot better for a little cheaper.
