New pc low fps

Hey all so right the problem is i bought a brand new PC and every game I play I am only getting about 1 to 15 FPS sometime it will shoot up to 25 for a few seconds on flight sim x. Here is the PC info AMD FX 6300-six core cpu 3.5ghz
8GB Ram
nvidia geforce GTX 650.
Window 7 64 bit

Hmmm try updating your video drivers.
Also, run MS update. Update all of your MOB's drivers.
Set all f your GPU's setting to best performance. (3D)
Turn off Interlace.
