I bought a 4670k and I'm able to overclock it to about 4.2 without getting too hot.
I'm looking at buying the h100i to watercool it. The question I have is if I buy this, is this all I need or do I need other thing to set it up?
Also will this fit correctly into the NZXT Phantom full tower?

Solution
This is all you need, the phantom full tower comes with support to fit the h100i.
i have this case and this cooler. the only thing i did to my case is, i took the fan from the top (200mm with blue light) and placed it on the side of the case where the other 200mm fan would go. this gave me enough space to install the h100i with plenty of space for RAM with a huge heatsink.

If you do not want to move the top fan, you can use the brackets provided with the case to install the h100i under the top mounted fan, but doing so will give you less headroom for RAM and you might need to get some low profile ram.

i have 4770K with h100i and my temps are 27c @ idle, and about 40-45 during gaming.

hope this helped.

Yes I did this with the stock cooler, why does that matter?

No one does OC on stock cooler and you have a done a high oc on it. It might cause damage. I prefer you wait for the new cooler.

Well actually a lot of people oc their cpu on stock cooler. But intel's stock coolers aren't really that great.
You should not oc you cpu more than 3.9 ghz with that stock cooler, just to be safe.
But it also depends on the airflow in your system. If you have pretty good airflow, you can go higher than that.
