Super low fps on Good build help!!!!

What up guys, recently i have been getting really low fps on bf4 it mostly stays in the 30's why is this, i have an asus gtx 770 and a amd fx 8320 stock clocks, at first i was getting above 60 fps, why do you guys think im getting low fps?

You've updated Display (GPU) Drivers, Motherboard Drivers, and CPU drivers? What is your PSU? Have you tried Anti-virus as you suggested that your performance has decreased you may have some mal-ware to blame.

hyper evo 212
like 8 fans

also sorry im new to pc what is trouble shoot and also im pretty sure all of the drivers are updated

im checking for my 8320 drivers and i cant seem to find them, but yea my gpu is up to date my mobo seems to be up to date and also i have norton anti virus also i have a corsair 750 m
