Trying to build my first PC mostly for ARMA 3

I'm finally making the switch from ps3 to PC. My budget is $600-$700. I've tried to do some research but I'm still a noob about everything. I made this build but I'm not sure if it's good or what needs to be changed. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have the exact same CPU, Motherboard, 2x the HDD and the RAM! They are great for budget, as the CPU says 3.6 maximum on the box but it actually reaches 3.98 when on heavy load. An overclocked CPU won't be needed for ARMA 3 so the 3470 is a good choice to go for. The motherboard is great and fast and I bought it few days ago to replace my old slow fried motherboard. The graphics card is excellent and fantastic for HD gaming. Storage is nice and big, but if you add an SSD (optional) just for windows, everything will be faster when opening files, games, windows, and everything else. Memory is good to run most games. The PSU might not be enough to run everything properly, I suggest getting a 600W because when you upgrade a hardware, you don't have to upgrade the PSU too. The optical drive is no big deal for gaming, so almost everything will work great.
In my opinion, I say go for it. It's a great PC for a great price

(P.S SOME CASES INCLUDE A Power Supply IN THEM, SO DOUBLE-CHECK! )

Power supplies that come with cases are useless and unreliable. Never use them for gaming as they can break your whole system.

If your PC is mainly for Arma 3, i would recommend going for a cheaper graphics card (Such as a 660 or 590) and pushing the i5 up to an i7. However, I don't recommend building a computer soley for one game, and Arma 3 will not be worth that. Arma 3 is a poorly optimised, rushed and disappointing game. More people currently play Arma 2 than Arma 3, which is why I strongly suggest you keep with the build you have written. I may seem to just be contradicting myself, but I thought I would offer you some insight into Arma and building a PC.
