Is the EVGA SC 760 future-proof and worth it?

Unfortunately, my poor old 560 can't run any of the new games coming out very well (low to medium settings with some lag). I've been wanting to upgrade to EVGA's SC 760 but I want to know what settings it would run most games on and how long will it be before I need to upgrade again. Thanks in advance.

Also, what is the big difference between the superclocked version and the normal version?

If you're playing on 1080p or less, a 760 is a very good bet for the next two years or so, if you are willing to tweak the settings in certain games. The 760 will run most of the current games maxed out at 1080p with pretty smooth frames. The superclocked versions are simply factory overclocked, nothing more. If you have an SLI compatible motherboard and PSU, you can add another 760 later when needed, instead of upgrading. That obviously will depend on what will be in the market at that time, but you'll always have the option of SLI.
