So few questions I have about rebuilding my PC after buying a GTX 760 SC and experiencing worse FPS than when I had my GTX 560 Ti. So I have read all possible forum posts, updating bios (scary!), overclocking the card updating all drivers, ect. I have done it all and still not a single increase in FPS which leads me to believe the issues are bigger than this GPU.
My main game is World of Warcraft and I want to stream while doing end game.
Currently I run other games with outstanding results at ultra settings but when it comes to WoW and doing 25 man content things just dive for the worse. Dips to low (less than 10 fps in some cases) during initial pull and people going crazy at the start of a fight then evening out around 25-30 fps in most cases. Also this is playing on Good or less settings without Shadows, Sunshafts and particle density set to low/disabled since getting this GPU.
Specs:
AMD FX-Series FX-6100 3.3GHz
8GB DDR3 1333
GIGABYTE GA-M68MT-S2P
1TB HDD (cannot remember the name, will update with it later.)
Nvidia GTX 760 SC 2GB GDDR5
700w Coonix PSU
Dual screen set up with two Acer 20 inch monitors
Now what I am looking at is the Logicalincrements.com website and going through their Enthusiast tier and using the Mobo and CPU from that list but I was wondering what else would I possibly need from that list? The higher PSU is to supply enough power to both cards I am only assuming.
Sure a SSD would be nice but it's currently not in the budget and I am not seeing to many "Game breaking" improvements from an SSD. Higher clocked Ram would also be great, but in the near future. I am looking for a rather quick fix to something that is giving me one hell of a headache lately. Also my current Mobo refuses to let me OC the CPU, so there's that.
Sorry this post was so long but I really just wanted to lay it all out for you guys to see so possibly you could come up with a solution to my issues ^_^
Please halp

I'm looking at this and the cpu isn't in the supported list on the gigabyte site...?! (I Looked at two models,rev2.3 and 3.0)
Maybe you posted the wrong motherboard here?
The cpu is probably the bottleneck anyway with WoW.
Took another look at the MB and it's Rev 3.1

Rev 3.1 does support the cpu,but it probably is still the bottleneck. The problem with that board is that it isn't the best for overclocking. From what i gather only recommended to overclock with cooling on the vrm's.
Got that from here,

Thank you for digging that up for me. It's greatly appreciated. Now that I know that I definitely want to replace the Mobo and the CPU while I'm at it. I was thinking since I heard so many positive things about the Intel i5 4670 (not to sure if I want to get the K or no K but it's only 10 dollars more for OC ability) but the one thing I am contentiously looking for a Mobo that will last me some time and is compatible with 1333 Ram until I get paid for 1600 ram. Suggestions?

What kind of motherboard will fitt in your case seeing that right now you use a m-atx motherboard.
For non overclocking will the 4570 already be good enough if you want stay clear from it.If yo want the 4670 fine too off course.
Any motherboard will be fine with the 1333 ram,i don't think you'll have to worry about that.
For overclocking a nice Z87 motherboard, for non overclocking a nice H87 or even B85 motherboard depending on what kind of features you want like raid options=H87.
It's quite possible that a Z87 motherboard already is as cheap as one of the former chipsets, you could of course go for that too then.
For differences between the chipsets,

Thank you Vic, so much! I was hoping more people would of chimed in but you've been more than helpful!
Also, I am only using this because my friend kind of built this for me when I was over seas. I looked in the case and there is tons of room for a larger card. Let me find the case for you so maybe you can give me an idea of what kind of board will fit. AZZA Solaris Mid Tower Case is all I could find.
