In my opinion, the viewsonic monitor has better color gamut and reproduces colors to look more lifetrue. Have used both of these.
Ofcourse, if 22" is enough for you.

so out of those 2, you would choose the viewsonic?

really a big question is, is there a massive difference in 2ms and 7ms ?
