Is the Cm Hyper 212 fitting in my Zalman T4?

Here's what Zalman has to say about that "The height of the cooler must not exceed 140mm from the motherboard." found in the FAQ section of the Zalman T4 here http://www.zalman.com/global/product/Product_Read.php?Idx=835 which means that the Hyper 212 which is ~160mm tall will not fit in there
