3350p vs 3570k with ASRock extreme4

I have a ASRock extreme4 mobo. I am conflicted as to which cpu to use. 3350p or the 3570k. I do not plan on OCing now, but I might later on. Is the lucid graphics technology worth getting the 3570k with intergrated graphics or should I go with the 3350p without any intergrated graphics. My gpu right now is a 550 ti. I can't upgrade my gpu right now.

So HD graphics is of no use to you if u have external GPU
MVP is usefull for nothing
If u are over clocking later get the K series cpu later
If tight on budget get the p series then sell it and get the k series when u want to over clock
If money is not an issue get the 3570k its a beast
Stock performance of 3570k is more than 3350p too
