More about wattage gaming
  1. No wattage at all . It wont run .

The motherboard is for an AMD processor . You need a socket 1150 intel motherboard , ideally with a Z87 chipset

You also need a dual channel 2 x4 gig kit of RAM . 1600 Mhz and rated for 1.5 volts or less

    And then you'd need a 600 - 650 watt psu . 80+ bronze or better rated

For a rig like that, 550-650W PSU would be fine.

As Outlander pointed out, a few incompatibilities in there you will want to clean up.
  3. So would this motherboard work?

ASRock Z87 PRO4 LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboa
  4. yes
